Connectivity Point (CPDI) is proud to have been selected by Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H., for work on its Tuck Mall residence hall. This five-story, 70,000 square foot brick and structural steel dormitory was designed by Atkin, Olshin, Lawson-Bell Architects and built by North Branch Construction under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Program.
Connectivity Point installed over 150,000 feet of 10G copper cabling from the five telecom closets to outlet locations throughout the facility. Fiber optic and multi-pair copper cabling provided the backbone of the dorm’s network. Dartmouth wisely installs the most current industry standard cabling infrastructure in order to get the maximum return on their investment and relied on Connectivity Point to ensure the cabling was installed, terminated, tested and certified according to industry best practices.
