Connectivity Point Design and Installation (CPDI) led the communications cabling design and installation in the 110-room, 70,000 square foot Hilton Garden Inn in located near Great Falls in downtown Auburn, Maine.
Despite being built on a challenging urban site during the winter months, the Hilton Garden Inn opened on time and was immediately recognized as a significant landmark in the area.
Working in conjunction with Wright-Ryan, general contractor, CPDI designed telecom closets on each floor using extremely limited space. CPDI overcame space limitations, cable pathway issues and other challenges to ensure a network cabling infrastructure that would be reliable, effective and within budget.
Due to the success on this project and several others, CPDI works with Wright-Ryan and hospitality clients repeatedly.
Connectivity Point Design and Installation (CPDI) was the design/build communications contractor for the Hilton Garden Inn, located in Portsmouth, N.H. CPDI prepared communications cabling bid documents that included IT room layouts, rack elevations and riser diagrams. These documents were used by the owner in an RFP process for qualified bidders. In the end, CPDI was chosen to install certified Category 6 network cabling across the 5-story, 131-room, 88,000 square foot hotel.
For this project, CPDI worked in conjunction with Pro Con, Inc., an award winning architectural and construction management firm that provides design/build construction management services for projects throughout New England and the Northeast.
Like PCI, Connectivity Point is committed to professionalism, customer service and quality in all aspects of a project.
