PlumChoice Opens New Call Center

Choosing Scarborough, Maine over ten other national locations, Massachusetts based PlumChoice held their ribbon cutting ceremony for their new call center.  PlumChoice actually employs mostly home-based employees who have the necessary training and certifications to provide top level help desk support for PC's, applications, and various other devices.  The Center for Excellence in Scarborough provides a physical location for training and support for the home based employees that live in the surrounding area.  Connectivity Point was fortunate to be involved in this fast paced renovation project.  By utilizing and reconfiguring some of the existing cabling infrastructure, and supplementing it with new cabling where needed, Connectivity Point was able to keep the costs low and the quality high for this technically focused company.  For more information on PlumChoice visit their website at www.plumchoice.com.
